Description:
Burgundy colored long sleeve shirt, tan or khaki long pants (size 30x32), a dark colored belt, gray colored socks, and brown athletic/hiking type boots (size 10). A dark colored hat was near the victim.
Vaccination scar on upper left arm, tattoo on chest "Andre", tattoo on upper right arm "Smurf head with a hat", mustache and goatee, and 3" long curly hair.
