Miscellaneous Notes: Ms. Krebs has a deformed right thumb and speaks with a slight slur. She suffered a Psychotic Break and maybe disoriented or confused. Her car was located abandoned in a creek with the stereo missing and her bra, panties and identification were located inside. A woman matching her description was last seen hitchhiking on Highway 20 out of Fort Bragg.
