Miscellaneous Notes: Mr. Lewis has a Naval eagle tattoo on his right shoulder. All of his teeth were extracted in 1985. Mr. Lewis' vehicle was found in Texarkana, Texas driven by a man who stated that Mr. Lewis had loaned it to him. However, Mr. Lewis' family has stated he would not have loaned his vehicle to anyone.
