He has a cleft in his chin, a deformed right earlobe and he was last seen wearing a blue and black "Columbian Sportswear" jacket, a white shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. Mr. Jarvi's vehicle (containing all of his personal belongings) was located in Sutherlin, Oregon on 3-24-2002.
