Carlos Jose AYALA MORALES is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston, Texas. In 2000, AYALA MORALES was convicted of Burglary of Building and subsequently sentenced to 6 months of confinement. In 2018, AYALA MORALES was convicted of Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and subsequently sentenced to 7 years confinement. Additionally, in 2018 AYALA MORALES was convicted of three counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact following incidents with two 14-year-old girls and one 12-year-old girl.
