Thomas Richard PENNINGTON has ties to Coryell County, including the city of Copperas Cove, Texas. Since 2014, PENNINGTON has been convicted of Burglary of Habitation, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. On August 30, 2024, a warrant was issued by the Copperas Cove Police Department for his arrest for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Additionally, on October 25, 2024, two additional warrants were issued out of Coryell County for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon.
