Francisco David ORTIZ-ALMAGUER is a criminal alien from Mexico with ties to Midland, Texas. In May 2022, ORTIZ-ALMAGUER was convicted in Midland County of Re-Entry of Deported Alien and subsequently removed from the United States. On August 21, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Midland County for his arrest for Deadly Conduct by Discharging Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
