Jorge Luis SANTAMARIA is a high-risk sex offender with ties to Electra, Texas (Wichita County), the Austin area (including Elgin), and Mexico.In 2005, SANTAMARIA was convicted in Travis County of Attempt to Commit Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact after an incident involving an 11-year-old boy. SANTAMARIA subsequently received 10 years’ probation.On October 29, 2012, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for SANTAMARIA’s arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Attempt to Commit Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact). Since then, warrants have been issued out of Wichita County for SANTAMARIA’s arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and for Flight to Avoid Prosecution
