DETAILS:

On April 26, 1991, VALDEZ was arrested for Burglary of a Vehicle. He was convicted and sentenced to 29 years in TDCJ. He was paroled on August 6, 2004.In March 2005, VALDEZ assaulted a family member in Dallas County and a warrant was issued for his arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury-Family Violence. On June 22, 2005, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Burglary of a Vehicle).VALDEZ is also wanted in Dallas County for Aggravated Asssault with a Deadly Weapon after an incident on August 20, 2006, in which he allegedly assaulted a woman and left her for dead on the roadside.VALDEZ has family in the Dallas area and has previous employment as an iron worker.
