Juan Carlos MARIZCAL, affiliated with the Texas Mexican Mafia gang, has ties to Laredo, Texas, and Mexico. MARIZCAL has a lengthy criminal history, including charges of murder, robbery and various other felonies.In December 2010, MARIZCAL was allegedly involved in a murder in Laredo, Texas.In November 2011, the Webb County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for MARIZCAL's arrest for Murder and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. In December 2011, the U.S. Marshals Service issued a warrant for his arrest for Flight to Avoid Prosecution.
