Jason ELLIOTT, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang, was arrested on July 13, 2022. Sinton Police Department, San Patricio County Sheriff’s Office, and DPS Highway Patrol Troopers located and arrested ELLIOTT at a residence in Sinton, TX.In 2001, ELLIOTT was sentenced to four years’ confinement in TDCJ after he was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation. In 2002, he was also convicted of Credit Card Abuse, Theft, and Burglary of a Building. In 2006, he was again convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and sentenced to five years’ confinement. In 2019, he was convicted of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and received two years’ probation.ELLIOTT had been wanted since June 10, 2021, after the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for ELLIOTT’s arrest for Probation Violation.Tip information received through Crime Stoppers is being reviewed to determine if a reward will be paid.
