CAPTURE DETAILS:

Marshall BROWN, affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, was captured on December 1, 2021, in Austin, Texas. Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested BROWN at a hotel in northwest Austin. TDCJ-OIG, Texas Attorney General’s Office, and ICE all assisted in the multi-agency fugitive investigation.In 1999, BROWN was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and sentenced to eight years’ confinement. In 2013, he was convicted of Possession of Methamphetamine and sentenced to five years’ confinement. In December 2019, he was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force following a standoff at a residence in Spicewood, Texas. At the time, he was wanted for Agg. Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Parole Violation. He was released on bond the following month.BROWN had been wanted since June 2020, after the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office issued two bond revocations with an original charge of Agg. Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.The arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
