Keith Antonio BOYNES, added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list in June 2018, had been wanted since August 2017 by the El Paso Police Department in connection to a murder in El Paso, Texas. Working off tip information, the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in El Paso coordinated with Mexican authorities to locate and detain BOYNES on August 7, 2018, in Mexico City, Mexico. BOYNES has since been returned to the U.S. and is currently in the custody of U.S. law enforcement authorities.BOYNES is a violent offender with a history of arrests for aggravated assault, sexual assault, possession of weapons, and burglary offenses.BOYNES was also wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward will be paid.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:

• Submit a web tip through the Texas 10 Most Wanted website or Facebook page • Submit a tip through the DPS Mobile App
