Freddie Lamont WINNERS, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on February 28, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, TDCJ-OIG, and Mansfield Police Department, located and arrested WINNERS.In 2013, WINNERS was convicted of Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation and was subsequently sentenced to 5 years’ probation. In 2015, WINNERS was convicted of Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and subsequently sentenced to 6 years’ probation for each offense, to be served concurrently.WINNERS had been wanted since November 2024, after multiple warrants were issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation.WINNERS arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
