Francisco OROPESA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on May 2, 2023, in Cut and Shoot, Texas. Texas DPS, U.S. Marshals Service, and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Tactical Unit located and arrested OROPESA. OROPESA is the suspect in a shooting that occurred on April 28, 2023, in Cleveland, Texas. Five people died as a result of the shooting. OROPESA's arrest was the result of tip information received and a reward was paid.
