Joseph Joshua HARRIS has ties to Bexar County, including the city of Converse, Texas. Since October 2023, HARRIS has been arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Theft of Firearm, Evading Arrest/Detention, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Burglary of Vehicles, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. In February 2025, multiple warrants were issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Capital Murder by Terror Threat and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
