Since October 2023, HARRIS has been arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Theft of Firearm, Evading Arrest/Detention, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Burglary of Vehicles, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
