CAPTURE DETAILS:

Joseph Reynaldo OLIVARRI, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on March 6, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. OLIVARRI is affiliated with the Texas Mexican Mafia gang. Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested OLIVARRI. TDCJ-OIG, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, and DHS ICE were also involved in this multi-agency fugitive investigation.OLIVARRI was convicted in the past of Assault of a Family/Household Member with a Previous Conviction, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Prohibited Substance/Item in a Correctional Facility. On February 16, 2025, OLIVARRI was arrested in Bexar County for Unlawful Carrying a Weapon with a Felony Conviction. He was released on bond the following day. Soon after being released on bond, OLIVARRI allegedly removed his GPS monitor from his ankle. On February 17, 2025, a warrant was issued for his arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, on February 20, 2025, warrants were issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Unlawful Carrying a Weapon with a Felony Conviction and Conditional Release Violation. OLIVARRI’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers.
