Bryant Keith MARTIN, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on August 16, 2021 in Amarillo, Texas. Working off investigative information, an officer with the Amarillo Police Department located and arrested MARTIN at a facility in central Amarillo. In 2014, MARTIN was convicted in Randall County of one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact for incidents involving a 5-year-old girl and a 6-year-old girl. He subsequently received 7 years’ probation. In 2015, MARTIN was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and sentenced to 4 years' confinement in TDCJ prison. Additionally, his probation was revoked. MARTIN was discharged from TDCJ in October 2019 and registered as a sex offender in Amarillo. On December 7, 2020, a warrant for MARTIN’s arrest was issued in Potter County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
