Marco Antonio TOSCANO is a convicted sex offender with ties to El Paso and the San Angelo area. TOSCANO may also have ties to southern California.In 2006, TOSCANO was convicted in Tom Green County of Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact following an incident involving a 9-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 8 years in TDCJ prison.In 2015, TOSCANO was convicted in Edwards County of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years in TDCJ prison.TOSCANO was last released on parole from TDCJ prison in January 2018.On September 30, 2018, a Parole Violation warrant for TOSCANO’s arrest was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Additional warrants have since been issued for TOSCANO’s arrest out of both El Paso County and Tom Green County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (total of 3 counts).
