Kenneth Wayne TRAMMELL, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on February 7, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents assigned to the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) – Violent Crimes Unit in Houston, located and arrested TRAMMELL.In 1995, TRAMMELL was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Contact following an incident with a 3-year-old boy. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. In 2007, TRAMMELL was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently sentenced to 10 years confinement. In 2021, he was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently sentenced to 4 years confinement.TRAMMELL had been wanted since September 2024, when a warrant was issued out of Kendall County for his arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.TRAMMELL’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
