Jimmy Bryan ARSOLA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on May 16, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off tip information, members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested ARSOLA. Texas DPS Highway Patrol, Texas Attorney General’s Office, and New Braunfels Police Department all assisted in this multi-agency fugitive investigation.In 1996, ARSOLA was convicted of two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and subsequently sentenced to 20 years confinement for both offenses. In 2012, ARSOLA was released on parole from TDCJ.ARSOLA had been wanted since December 2023, after a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Manslaughter.ARSOLA’s arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so a reward will be paid.
