CAPTURE DETAILS:

Patrick CARRIER, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on November 21, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents and Troopers located and arrested CARRIER.In 1993, CARRIER was convicted of Murder with a Deadly Weapon and received a 45-year sentence of confinement. In 2013, he was convicted of Possession of Cocaine and subsequently sentenced to six months of confinement. He was most recently released on parole in October 2020.CARRIER had been wanted since January 5, 2021, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, on March 23, 2021, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.CARRIER’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
