Rocky REYES, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Texas Mexican Mafia gang, was captured on May 14, 2019, following a traffic stop conducted by San Antonio PD.In the early 1990s, REYES was convicted in Bexar County of Murder, Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, and two counts of Attempted Murder. He was released on parole from TDCJ in October 2016. REYES had been wanted since August 24, 2018, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for REYES’ arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Murder). REYES was also wanted out of Bexar County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
