I just want to say both ladies in the office are very kind and helpful, but this morning I took my grandson in for his driver license. As usual he waited until the last minute to do this.

I want to compliment Andrea at the Brady Driver License Office in Brady. She was most pleasant and efficient. Thank You.

I visited the Texas Department of Public Safety to renew my driver license. Mary was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was greeted by her great smile and attitude. That made my day.

I would like to recognize Elizabeth Giles for outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond her job duties to help assist me.

I was greeted by Victoria and she was very helpful in guiding me through the renewal process. I was processed so quickly.

Sharnay proved her strong ability and professionalism. I admired the way she treats customers, especially for elder people like me, with all of her kindness and dedication.

Stacy worked with me to renew my license. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that she was amazing and I feel she is a great asset to have on the DPS team.

We had a great experience thanks to the excellent service and pleasant demeanor of Ericka. She is great! We really appreciated her help and had a great time chatting with her while she processed the documents.

We recently got our license renewed at the Columbus tax office in December and Rachael did an excellent job getting it done kudos to her.

I accompanied my wife to the Sherman office to apply for her driver license renewal. Her renewal was competently handled by David Ringler, who accomplished it with good humor.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Liz Brown today in Marlin. She made the process so quick and easy. Explained everything thoroughly to me and really sent me on to have a great rest of the day!

Kenesha assisted my wife and I on renewing our driver license. She greeted us with respect. She explained every detail to us. It just shows how knowledgeable she is. Kudos to all of you in McKinney.

My daughter and I went into the DPS Office in Gatesville. She was anxious to get her driver license as she just turned 16 and because she was in a hurry to get back to school.

My daughter did not have the correct documentation or an application filled out when we arrived. Mrs. Tolbert patiently listed out all of the items we needed and told us to just come right back and see her.

I went over to renew my commercial license and Marlo was very nice and friendly. She also was very helpful when I needed help on my application.

He was upbeat and very patient with my wife who has a difficult time communicating in public. Excellent job by Jeremy.

I just wanted to say that my trip today to the DPS Rosenberg Mega Center was quick, simple and easy. Lorene Williams helped me add the Motorcycle class and renew my driver license. She was awesome!

I was seen by Rosemary. She was very willing to help and had a wonderful attitude through the whole process. It is obvious that she enjoyed her job.

She was very patient, helpful and kind. It was a pleasant experience renewing my driver license this morning.

I always go to the Killeen location. Kyandre assisted me with great service, she is professional and passionate about her job. She is a great asset to DPS.

I am writing to let you know about the great customer service that we received at the Bonham Office. Christine and Tim went out of their way to help us renew our driver licenses.

Maria was very pleasant, polite and helpful. I am hard of hearing and she patiently repeated herself and explained everything to my satisfaction. She made this a speedy and pleasant experience.
