Simply outstanding and quality respect for Trooper Gutierrez. We recently had a reason to talk with each other (my infraction), and he showed me total respect and listened to my situation. He talked with my wife and I and we feel like we learned something from him that evening: Respect for each other! Wish I could thank him again, in person, for treating me like he had known me for years. We could all learn from this Trooper.
