Ms. Castro was very polite and helpful when I came in to apply for my Texas ID. She went above and beyond helping me because I needed certain documents of proof. She asked her supervisor what other documents they could help me locate and I was assisted because of this. Both she & another one of your employees were very helpful and I appreciated their assistance. Please let her supervisor know how I felt Ms. Castro's assistance was very professional and seemingly without much effort, it seemed so natural and second nature, both she & a lady by the name of Catina Anthony.
