This is just to let you know about an experience that I had at the DPS located on Scott Simpson in El Paso, Texas. As soon as we walked in the office, Jay Moore, an employee at the DPS assisted us in the most respectful and helpful manner. His customer service is outstanding. The way he treated us and the people in front of us (in line) and behind us received the same treatment. It is very nice to see young people like him treating us with respect and patience. I hope more people learns from his attitude and people skills.
