I was at the DPS Office at 4600 State Highway 121 in Carrollton. Just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff, all of them. They were all very friendly, helpful, courteous, and even cheerful! I was really surprised! I know everyone usually always complains about DPS - it's a hassle but the staff at this location were outstanding. Even the lady cleaning the chairs and sanitizing everything was cheerful! Just wanted to let someone know so the staff there get recognition.
