I visited the Cleburne DPS office and I had an exceptional experience with Ms. Rachel West. She was very friendly, very efficient and helped put me at ease with the process of establishing a new license. The office was overwhelmed with people when I arrived and I could only imagine the interactions she had with people who had been waiting. She was pleasant and professional.
