Hi, I just wanted to inform you how pleased I was with Pat Garcia at the Aransas Pass License office. It was there that she helped me acquire my Texas driver license. During my scheduled appointment she was extremely professional, helpful and wore a smile. All this in spite of the many non-employee people who would interrupt her to ask questions concerning the requirements for a license. I was impressed with her sincere attitude in not only helping me, but others as well especially since they were interrupting her. It was a pleasure to see such a professional in such a stressful position handle everyone like they were the most important person in the world. She really made it an enjoyable time. It was one that I was not looking forward to either. I thought someone in position above needs to know what a valued employee they have in Pat Garcia. Pat Garcia needs to be recognized for her efforts especially in these very trying times. She is great!!
