We were pleased to meet this lady while talking my daughter to get her permit. She had lots of patience. She was very helpful, answered all my questions and walked us through the process. We were very nervous, but she made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. When I took my 2nd daughter, I was happy we were called by her when it was our turn. She was very kind; I am happy there are people like her working at these places. She looks like she really enjoys her job and enjoys helping people.
