I have been driving since I was 16 and just moved here from NV. I have been so nervous about switching my license. Judy answered all my questions and then some. She walked me through the process and made sure all my documents are in order. She relaxed me and calmed me down. My appointment is on Wednesday, and I told her that I wish she could go with me. She was very informative, nice, professional, kind, and made me laugh. She took time with me but did not waste time. I appreciate her.
