I went to the DPS in Monahans for the first time to transfer my ID to Texas. I had a very pleasant experience (amazing compared to California). The employees were all so nice and helpful. Marivelle Rivera was the employee that helped me and she was amazing. So nice and the transfer was easygoing and fast. Loved seeing the happy smiling faces. Made it such a nice way to start the day. A big thank you to the employees, especially Marivelle for making my first experience here amazing.
