I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic service Jeanette and the staff of Plano DPS went above and beyond to provide. I showed up to my appointment without the necessary documents and rather than having me schedule another appointment they worked with me to get my license renewed the same day. And on top of that I was met with a smile instead of her being annoyed I didn't bring what I needed. You guys made my day. Thanks so much!
