I'm reaching out to let you know about the wonderful job that Jerica, an employee of yours at the Plano Driver License Office. After dealing with a disgruntled customer in which she had to call her supervisors to assist her with, she had the pleasure of dealing with me in which she did the BEST JOB I have ever witnessed from a DPS staff member. She was kind, and very knowledgeable in all things. I believe she deserves a raise especially after what I witnessed she encountered before me. You need many more staff members like Jerica!!!!
