I recently had an interaction with Christina Hohlt at the Palestine Driver License Office. I recently moved to Texas and needed a Texas driver license. I was confident I had everything needed. However, I didn't and I was upset because I had waited five months for the appointment. Christina was awesome, so professional and especially empathic. She was willing to work with me and was encouraging by putting my info on pending until I could bring in the missing document. Never once did she talk down to me or have a bad attitude or treat me in a condescending manner. I was able to get the document and returned to complete the process. She welcomed me to Texas and I really appreciated her. She is an asset to her profession.
