I would like to write in to formally recognize Alexus Allen for the incredible assistance she provided me during my two visits to the DPS Driver License Center in Pflugerville this week. Alexus was patient and helpful while I worked to resolve an issue with my previous license from my former state of residence. She continually went above and way beyond in communicating the status of my issue and providing direction for what was needed from me.
