I want to let you know that William at the Driver License Center in Leon Valley is top notch and we greatly appreciated his assistance. I was a bit frustrated with the difficulty I was having, partly due to not having everything I needed. William must have noticed the frustration on my face and asked me if he could help me. He didn't have to approach me and he went above and beyond to explain how I could obtain what we needed without having to return home. I did as he instructed and got my issue resolved. We had the appointment for my wife and daughter for months and we were not looking forward to rescheduling and coming back another day. Without William's assistance, I'm sure that would have been the course of action we would have taken. William's empathy and willingness to help turned what could have been a disappointing and wasted day into a pleasant experience.
