Due to health issues, as well as the pandemic, my mother's license had expired. Being the old fashioned, law abiding citizen that she is, she would not drive. I came to West Texas to help my mother with many errands that had piled up. We tried, originally, to get into the DPS office in Odessa, however there were no appointments until next month. I happened to look at the Monahans location and we were able to make an appointment for the same day! We arrived early and Ms. Rodriguez stated that there was no problem and got us right in. She was very sweet and very helpful. I appreciated this very much. The state need more employees like this. Great representative for our great state.
