I was at my appointment with my 96 year old aunt. We were getting our Texas IDs. Mr. McClendon was so nice and extremely accommodating. He was very patient, considerate, respectful, and kind. All while being professional. He made our entire experience a very pleasant one. He is truly an asset to your organization/company.
