I am writing to provide a compliment to Officer J Hoy for helping me, my family, and my friends on September 6, 2020. Our car had a flat tire and we were stuck in Brown County waiting for road assistance. It was Labor Day weekend and we didn't get help for 40 minutes until Officer Hoy spotted us. He instantly helped and replaced the flat tire. We truly appreciated his help and are grateful for this gesture. We wish Officer Hoy the very best.
