Officer Isbell pulled me over close to midnight for a defective license plate lamp. He was very courteous while he checked my credentials and made small talk with me while he checked my insurance. I am thankful for officers like Officer Isbell. I did not feel uncomfortable and I appreciate his professionalism while doing his job. Good people are hard to find these days.
