I would like to acknowledge one of your State Troopers. On April 5, 2021, I had a tire blowout. Within minutes, Corporal Troy Phipps pulled up behind me. While I was trying to get my motor club to assist me, Corporal Phipps called a tow truck driver to help with my tire. When Corporal Phipps saw my spare tire, he got my tire tools out and changed my flat himself in a very warm sun and without complaint. Corporal Phipps is an outstanding human being. He didn't have to help me, but he willingly replaced my tire. The State of Texas is fortunate to have Corporal Phipps as a State Trooper. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am fortunate and blessed that he helped me get back on the road to my home, in a safe and expedient manner.
