I would like to give a compliment to State Trooper Obeda! He change my flat tire today, in the rain. I know it wasn’t a fun job, but he still ended it with a smile. So grateful for our State Troopers. In the world we live in today, had I asked a family member or friend to help - they would have either charged me, or had an attitude. It’s nice to know that these Troopers treat it like their duty to help citizens in need!
