She answered my questions completely and processed my paperwork and picture very efficiently. All the employees who I encountered at the South Gessner driver license office were very helpful. I had virtually no wait. This was a far cry and efficiency then the dealings I remember with the department of public safety back to 1985 when I first was licensed to drive in Texas. Congratulations.
