I just renewed my driver license at your Kingsville office. I haven't visited a driver license office in a long time and I did not know what to expect. I will say, the staff handled the situation pretty flawlessly. All of them knew what their job was and worked together as a team, each finishing with their "client" before heading up front to bring in and question those individuals waiting in the hall. Once I was in the chair, the whole experience was over within a few minutes. Maria Foster assisted me. I feel she was very professional and knows her job well. She wished me a happy birthday as I left, I appreciate that. It is really nice to go into an institution and feel like you are not just a number and an actual person.
