I am expressing my gratitude for the excellent and patient service I received at the S. Austin Driver License Office. The door person was very accommodating and helped in the check-in and was very friendly, as was the person checking to the completeness of my paperwork. Lee Cagle (Ace) reviewed my application and provided patient service with a smile and a sense of humor. Making sure I would not lose my motorcycle license and made sure that my vision test was performed correctly for someone that had lasik on one eye only. In the meantime, Michael Graham in the next cubicle answered some of the questions and provided a casual conversation, and made it a relaxing process overall.
