This is a huge shout out to Kristal Kennedy and the entire staff at the Texarkana driver license office. My daughter and I went into the office thinking we had all our documents in order. My daughter had taken the written test portion online and we never received a certificate. Kristal went above and beyond to help us solve the problem and finally the mystery was solved and the certificate appeared in my email. Not only was she helpful, but she was patient and polite and joked with my daughter and made her feel completely at ease. The other staff tended to other customers and offered assistance when free. They were all very friendly and professional! Kudos to Kristal and the staff at this office. My daughter and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!
