I was helped by Haven Cain during my visit. I would like to start by saying that this is the most pleasant experience I have had at a DPS. This is mostly in part to Ms. Cain. She made my interaction of changing my last name easy and smooth. She is very knowledgeable and explained why certain things were needed and double verified all my information to ensure it was correct. Again I would just like to give a big complaint to Ms. Cain and her outstanding customer service.
