I just wanted to take a second to give my praise to Gina Langley. I recently moved to Texas after being stationed at Fort Hood and Gina was the most courteous, professional, and downright compassionate DPS employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She seemed genuinely invested in making sure my needs were met. During my wait, I was able to observe her interactions with other customers and she was consistently pleasant and helpful in her approach. I appreciate her dedication to assisting customers.
